POLYWOOD

Each panel Polywood is made with essence of pine and, on request, also with other types of wood. The acoustic panels are made with a massive wooden framework in which is inserted a layer of recycled polyester. The panels are made in order to avoid water stagnation, they are self-supporting, stackable and resistant to their own. All wooden parts are in Scandinavian or Nordic Pine and subjected to an impregnation of mineral salts, without the use of arsenic and chromium, and preserved within autoclaves under pressure as required by DIN 68800 part III and in full compliance with Bethell UNI 8859. The pigmentation is green or, on request, it can be oak color. Such impregnation is also tolerated be plants to witch it is possible to use the walls as eventual support of climbing plants. All the wooden components of the panel are assembled with screws and/or nails helical stainless steel. The panel is designed and manufactured for resistance to wind load => 250 kg/sqm and still respecting the UNI EN 1794/1 and 1794/2. The part lf the panel facing the source of the noise is embellished with wooden lathes, in the form of the project. In order to avoid vibrations and to increase the acoustic performance, between the panels and the uprights are inserted gaskets. These are made with materials suitable for use at various operating temperatures (EPDM hardness 60 shore). The dimensions of the panels are normally standardized to be fitted between the uprights HE, wheelbase 3.000 mm.
